If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, within 3 days of receipt of the item(s), please notify me and I will refund the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. The item must be returned in the same condition as received and shipped back fully insured. There will be no refunds on purchased items after three business days.  If the returned item has been used or damaged in any way the costs of repair will be deducted from the refund. No returns will be accepted without prior notification.

Warranty: All products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the item. Please note that natural materials like bone, ivory, wood, pearl, etc. can move and crack. While I do everything I can to prevent these occurrences they are inevitable and are not included in the warranty within reason. All matters involving natural materials will be addressed on a case by case basis. This warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear or use of the item in a way that is inconsistent with its intended use. Abuse and/ or neglect is not covered by this warranty.  This warranty is also voided if the item is modified in any way by anyone except me or other approved craftsman.
